13 people have been taken into custody for intoxication and one person has been taken in for testing after suspicion of drug crime.

The police have also carried out a number of checks on people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of crime. Reports have also been filed regarding assault in a bar environment.

02:21 Traffic offense, Kiruna
Police are checking a tractor-trailer suspected of exceeding the allowed speed for the vehicle type. The driver, a teenage boy, is suspected of unauthorized driving and the guardian is notified. The tractor-trailer is seized for technical examination. 

A wildlife accident on E45 at Avaviken, Arvidsjaur municipality, has been reported to the police during the night. There are no reports of personal injuries.
