At 02:30, police are dispatched to a residential area in Jönköping Municipality due to a domestic dispute. On the scene, a man is arrested for assaulting a woman. The woman is not believed to have been seriously injured.

Gislaved, illegal discharge of pyrotechnics
At 00:30, police are alerted to Gislaved due to reports that someone or several people had fired fireworks at a residence. The patrol initially searches the area without finding any signs or people, but later checks three boys, one of whom possesses pyrotechnics. The boy, aged between 15 and 18, is suspected of harassment and of illegally discharging pyrotechnics.
