During the evening, the police are contacted regarding a woman who is intoxicated and standing and screaming outside a grocery store in the city center. A patrol is sent there and takes the woman into custody according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. She is suspected of possession of narcotics as well as aggravated assault with a knife.
