Police patrol has stopped and after inspection apprehended a man suspected of theft of a 4-wheeler. The man is also suspected of gross unauthorized driving and driving under the influence of narcotics and narcotics offense own use.

Sampling has been carried out and analysis will show if suspicions regarding driving under the influence of intoxicants and narcotics offense remain.

The prosecutor has decided to detain the man.
