It appears that the boys are carrying a weapon-like object, the object is not supposed to have been sharp. One of them is also suspected of being affected by narcotics. Both boys are suspected of minor firearm offenses and one of them is suspected of minor narcotics offenses, personal use. Reports are being prepared.
