16.22 police are alerted that a person has been stabbed or slashed in central Eskilstuna. Police are quickly on the scene and a suspected perpetrator, a 25-year-old man, has been apprehended suspected of attempted murder. 
The injured person has been taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of the injuries is unknown.
