A car has collided with a person on an electric scooter on Södra Promenaden in Norrköping. The driver of the electric scooter is awake and able to speak. Police and an ambulance are on the scene.

13:33 The person on the electric scooter, a 25-year-old man, receives minor injuries and is taken to hospital for examination. No one is suspected of traffic offense.

13:51 The driver of the electric scooter is given a fine for not observing the right of way.
