23.25. A male driver in his upper teenage years is stopped for a check on Hertig Karls allé. He blows positively in the sampling device and shows signs of narcotics influence, whereupon he is to follow the patrol for further sampling.

Vandalism, Karlskoga
00.55. The public contacts regarding the fact that drivers are driving around and skidding on the parking lot at Nobelhallen. This leads to the fact that they spray gravel on other vehicles. Two boys in their upper teenage years are stopped by the patrol and are suspected of vandalism. 

Aggravated Arson, Örebro
01.49. SOS Alarm receives a call regarding a fire in a building. When rescue resources arrive at the scene, it can be confirmed that there is a certain development of the fire. Firefighting work begins.
The police have initiated an investigation into aggravated arson since it is not entirely clear how the fire started and because there are apartments in the building. No person has been injured in the incident. The site is cordoned off and a technical examination will be carried out as soon as possible. The public is urged to respect the cordons.
