At 15:00, a planned investigation work is being conducted in a residence on Hagebygatan. In connection with the police entering an apartment, an object is thrown out of a window.

The police have set up a cordon and will evacuate the house closest to the object, waiting for the object to be examined. The police are also investigating whether houses in direct proximity to the object need to be evacuated.

Those affected by the evacuation or evacuation will receive information from the police on site.

Update 16:21: Houses near the object will only be evacuated. Currently, residents in eight staircases are being evacuated.

The National Bomb Squad has been contacted and will arrive at the scene to assess the object.
