Alarm comes in via SOS that two cars have collided at an intersection.

One of the cars is said to have been hit from the side.

When the police patrol arrives at the scene, suspicions arise that the driver of one of the cars may be under the influence.

After tests, a report is filed against a 25-year-old man suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics offense.

The driver of the other car, a 30-year-old woman, complains of pain and is taken to hospital by ambulance.
