A police patrol in Sollentuna is to carry out a vehicle stop on a private car when the driver chooses not to stop at the police officer's signal. The driver drives away from the police at high speed on the motorway and on pedestrian and bicycle paths. The driver stops first after causing a minor collision with the police car.

When the police checks the driver, a 25-year-old man, it turns out that he has had his driving license revoked and that the car he was driving had false registration plates.

The police also find that the driver possesses a large amount of cash, which leads to suspicions of money laundering.

The man is now suspected of gross drunk driving, gross unlawful driving, money laundering, minor money laundering, trademark forgery, minor narcotics offense, and traffic offense.

None of those involved were injured in connection with the traffic accident.
