A man is said to have hit a woman and taken her mobile phone. Thereafter, he is said to have left the scene on an electric scooter. 

The police arrive at the scene and soon come into contact with the affected woman. The whole thing is said to have taken place in a stairwell, and started with some form of verbal dispute.

A little while after the police got information about the direction in which the perpetrator may have disappeared, he is found and arrested. The man, who is in his mid-30s, is suspected of assault and robbery. The affected woman has not suffered serious injury.
