Ammarnäs, the police are alerted that a woman has fallen ill on the mountain.
On-duty commanding officers initiate a mountain rescue operation with support from the Act on Protection against Accidents (LSO).
Mountain rescuers can reach the woman. They take her with them to the village of Ammarnäs and hand her over to the road-based ambulance. The operation is concluded.
