A police patrol gets a glimpse of a car being driven on a bike path next to national road 68 in Fagersta. The car also shows two flat tires.

A check is carried out and in connection with this, the driver, a woman in her 40s, refuses to blow into the police's control instrument.

The driver is therefore taken in to give a blood test which shows positive. A report of drunk driving is drawn up and the car keys are confiscated.
