A man is apprehended as suspected of purchasing a sexual service and assault as he is suspected of having hit the person he purchased sexual services from.
During a house search at the man's residence, narcotics are also found, among other things, and the man is also suspected of narcotics offenses.
The woman does not need hospital care.
