Update: 01:20 -  It was at 00:46 that the police received a larger number of calls from the area of Vilbergen in Norrköping. The calls concerned that people had heard a bang near a multi-family house. 

The police can confirm that it is a matter of an explosion with damage to a property. No person has been found injured. The area has been cordoned off and residents in the area have been asked to stay in their homes. 

The police are working on the scene with a larger number of resources with different competences. 

OBS Respect the cordons and leave a clear path for emergency vehicles.

01:45 - At the moment, the case is classified as at least gross destruction and a crime against the law on flammable and explosive goods. Further crime classifications may likely be added during the night and morning.
