Alarm about smoke development was reported to the police at 08.09. Rescue service confirmed smoke development on the second floor. Presumably a fire in the electrical installation. The fire is now extinguished, ventilation is ongoing, an ambulance is checking the status of residents in the building. No knowledge of personal injuries at present.
