During a routine patrol stop, a tractor is stopped. At the check, the driver, a 16-year-old boy, blows positively for alcohol.

The boy is taken for further testing and blows over the limit for gross drunk driving.

The driver's license is confiscated and the boy is driven home to his guardians.
