The man is said, according to initial reports, to have followed, shouted and cycled into the other man. They are not supposed to know each other beforehand.

The police go to the scene. 

The suspected man, who is in his 20s, is found. He is taken into custody with the support of the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. A report is filed regarding unlawful threats, harassment and minor narcotics offenses.

The man is to be heard after he has sobered up.
