The man is said to have threatened two people, both men, with a weapon. No information that either of them has been physically injured. The public on the scene manages to isolate the man in a room inside the building, where he is held until the police arrive. The man is secured and arrested, initially suspected of attempted serious assault.

The police continue to work on the scene to hear witnesses and secure evidence for the investigation. No hate crime motive has been established so far. The police currently consider it an isolated incident.
