There has been a disturbance in an apartment and in a stairwell. The injured man was taken to hospital by ambulance for care. He is seriously injured.

The arrested man is in his mid-30s.

The crime scene has been cordoned off in anticipation of a technical examination that will take place during the day. Overnight, the suspect was detained by the prosecutor.
