The man is supposed to have cut another man's hand with a sharp object according to initial reports. A patrol is sent to the location and can safely secure the man, who is in his 40s.

Ambulance personnel check the victim, a man in his 50s, and can confirm a hand injury. The police find a small kitchen knife on a nearby bench and secure it.

The suspected man is arrested. The initial legal situation is aggravated assault or attempted aggravated assault and a crime against the knife law.

The public has arrived at the patrol with a credit card belonging to the victim and it is suspected that the now arrested man has taken this. After a conversation, information has also been obtained that the suspected perpetrator is supposed to have assaulted a woman at the scene, by hitting and kicking her.
