According to reports, a 60-year-old man is said to have been beaten with some form of metal or plastic tube, unknown injury status. It is currently unclear what triggered the altercation. Another man, in his 50s, leaves the scene on a bicycle but does not get far and the patrol can secure him. The man is apprehended on suspicion of assault.
