Fewer police patrols are ordered to a pub on Sysslomansgatan in central Uppsala where a larger fight is expected to take place between a number of football supporters.

When the police arrive at the scene, several masked individuals are seen running away from the scene. Two men, aged 20 and 30, are arrested on suspicion of violent rioting. Both are later released on bail after questioning.

A large number of people witness the event and are heard on the scene. The police also check several individuals.

A member of the staff at the relevant pub is found to have been injured in connection with the event, but does not need to visit hospital.
