A patrol stops and checks a private car and upon checking the driver, a man in his early twenties, they suspect that he is under the influence.

The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence while under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offenses through personal use.
