Teenage boy suspected of reckless driving in traffic and gross illegal driving.

A person car drives at high speed on road 13 north of Ystad and does not stop despite the police giving signs. After about 10 minutes, the journey comes to a halt and the driver is suspected of gross negligence in traffic and gross unauthorized driving in traffic.
