Police at Arlanda checked a man in the morning who was about to leave the country with 7,000 American dollars. The man and his family have received housing allowances for several years due to low incomes and cannot provide a credible explanation for why he is in possession of the money.

The money will be forfeited through a so-called independent forfeiture.
