Police receive calls with information that someone has heard screams, thuds, and something that sounds like blows from an apartment next to the caller's. They have also heard a woman crying and a man's voice that sounds angry. It sounds like an argument and it has been going on all afternoon and evening. Police arrive at the scene and determine that the woman has been beaten, she has injuries to her face and head. The man is arrested by police and later detained by prosecutor suspected of assault.
