At around 17:00, police were alerted by the public about an ongoing assault where a woman is being targeted by a man. The whole incident is said to have taken place outdoors in central Eskilstuna. Upon arrival, police soon come across the affected woman, who is not reported to have suffered serious physical harm. Initially, no visual identification of the suspected man is available. After working further on the case for a short time, the suspected man is found at another location in the city. The man, in his 50s, is arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful threats.
