April 29, 16.36, Theft, Karlskoga

A perpetrator stole a bag from a woman in central Karlskoga during the afternoon. When the man ran from the scene he lost the bag whereupon the plaintiff could retrieve her bag.

The man disappeared from the scene and has not been located. A report will be filed.
