Ticket inspector contacts the police after encountering a woman who did not have a valid ticket during a trip with public transportation in the city. The woman also refuses to provide her identity.
Police conduct a check on the person after she has been identified. The woman in her 20s was fined an additional fee by the ticket inspector.
