Under the evening, the police were contacted regarding a woman who was assaulted by a person in the northwest part of Örnsköldsvik.

The police order resources to the scene, including a helicopter, and soon find a man who is alleged to have behaved threateningly towards several people in the area.

The man, who is in his 35-year-old, is apprehended. The suspicion currently concerns assault. After questioning, the prosecutor will decide whether he should be arrested.
