Police were called to a residential area in Eskilstuna where a man is alleged to have struck and grabbed a woman by the throat who he has a relationship with. The man, who is in his 20s, is apprehended and taken to the station for questioning. The woman is not seriously physically injured. Since there was a small child present at the scene, child endangerment is added as a suspicion.
