Police alarm to a construction site in Järva krog. There, an unauthorized man has entered a garage on a construction site and appears to be stealing.
Patrols use a dog to search for the man in the premises and he tries to run away from the scene. 
To get him under control, both stun guns and pepper spray are used. 
The man is apprehended. After the apprehension, stolen goods are found that are suspected to have come from a nearby preschool.
