North of Fjällnäs a man in his 70s was found near a snowmobile trail.

Mountain rescue was called out, as well as a Polish helicopter that also transported medical personnel to the scene.

The man has died and his next of kin have been notified.

At present, it is unclear what happened.

The police will investigate the matter to clarify how the accident occurred.
