A tractor-trailer is stopped for inspection west of Örnsköldsvik. Three people are traveling in the vehicle. The driver, a teenager, blows positively in the police's breathalyzer and is allowed to accompany for testing. The two passengers are simultaneously given a ride to a location where their guardians will meet up.

The guardian of the driver is also contacted. The teenager's driver's license is taken into custody.
