A vehicle was stopped in a routine control on Lambohovsleden in Linköping. The driver showed clear signs of being affected by something and was also lacking a driver's license. The 35-year-old man is now suspected of drunk driving and gross illegal driving. He is being taken in for sobriety testing and body inspection (sampling).
