A person calls the police after observing a man walking around and shining a flashlight in several vehicles in Motala city center. A police patrol that has arrived at the scene has not found the man in question. However, they find a car whose rear window is smashed. After contacting the owner, a report is made regarding theft – as parts are missing that previously were in the trunk.
