The police are contacted by the alarm company after several vibration alarms went off at a workshop. When they arrive at the scene, they can soon, with the help of a dog patrol, track a man who is found sitting on a hill nearby. In close proximity to this is a car from which someone has removed a part. The man at the scene is apprehended for intoxication. He is now suspected of vandalism.
