Rescue services have started fire-fighting work and the smoke development has decreased. Some people are being checked by ambulance personnel, but there are no reports of anyone being left inside the apartment affected by the fire. Police are assisting rescue services on the scene. 

Update 15:55

A man has been taken to hospital by ambulance for examination. Awake and able to speak, otherwise no information about injuries. The cause of the fire is still unknown and is being investigated under the heading of gross negligence.
