A person who had been detained had been on a bus in central Stockholm when a man who behaved in an unpleasant manner sat down next to the detainee.
The man seemed to be influenced and shook, spoke to himself and screamed straight out. A police patrol could later apprehend the man according to the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons.
