A police patrol initiated a control of a man in the district of Tjärna ängar when this individual attempted to escape on a electric bicycle. The patrol was forced to subdue him with coercive means, in this case, OC spray. The man was apprehended and is now undergoing a body search, as decided, in order to determine any potential impact of illegal substances.
