Reports are coming in about a driver who drove in a traffic hazardous manner. The car is said to have stopped and the driver left the scene on foot. A police patrol is heading to the scene. 

At the location, the police patrol finds a woman who, after a closer inspection, is suspected of having driven the car. 

The woman, who is in her 30s, lacks a driver's license. 

A report of reckless unauthorized driving is filed.
