Suspected truck theft
Around 22:30, police in Eskilstuna are contacted by a person who wants to report that three trucks have been stolen. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet clarified. It is also unknown exactly where the whole thing occurred. However, the police have filed a report on serious theft.  

Fight outside restaurant
About 01:00, police are alerted to a fight that is taking place outside a restaurant in Eskilstuna city center. According to initial reports, a handful of people are involved in the fight. The police arrive and soon gain control of two men. One of them is taken into custody for intoxication. The other has been questioned on the scene. The police have filed a report on normal-grade assault. 

Police have also handled cases related to intoxication, fights, and made various routine checks on their own initiative or following a public alarm.
