Police regional command center has handled over 90 cases related to Jönköping County between 22:00 and 07:00 last night.

Gross assault in Värnamo municipality
Just before 23:00, SOS is alerted to an assault that allegedly occurred on a small town just outside Värnamo. According to reports, a man has been subjected to some kind of treatment by another person. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are still unknown. An ambulance has been dispatched to the scene to check on the injured person. According to police reports, he has not suffered serious injury in connection with the incident. The police have questioned the injured person and subsequently filed a report on gross assault. At present, there is no suspected person. 

Police have also handled cases related to mental health, fights, and intoxication, among other things. They have also conducted routine checks on their own initiative or in response to public alarm.
