A 65-year-old woman reports the police and reports that she was subjected to fraud earlier in the day. The fraud is said to have begun with an SMS to the victim about picking up a new bank card. The woman is said to have then called the phone number in the SMS. The police are on the scene for further information gathering. A larger sum of money is said to have been withdrawn from the woman's bank account.
