Conversations came in about a 75-year-old man in Östhammar being called by someone who managed to get the man to transfer money. The police were dispatched to the scene and a report of fraud was filed.

The police want to remind everyone that you should never give out credit card information or other sensitive information to anyone unknown, and that you should never use bank ID or bank card on behalf of anyone unknown.
