Gagnef

07.01: The police are called to a summer cottage in Gagnef municipality due to a summer cottage having started burning for unknown reasons. The cottage was completely engulfed in flames and could not be saved, but no person is believed to have been injured. The rescue service was on the scene by dawn and the police have since cordoned off the area for a technical investigation as soon as possible. The incident is classified as an arson attack.

In other respects, the patrols handled a number of other matters during the night, which did not lead to any report. Several person and vehicle checks were also carried out.
