Police were called to the scene after a report of a car driving into a dike. The driver of the car behaved erratically and passersby held onto the man until the police arrived at the scene. The man, who is in his 60s, then blew positively into the police's breathalyser and was taken for further testing. At present, the test result or any potential charge is not yet clear.
