Umeå, two motorists stopped for control.
Under late afternoon, a driver was stopped on Storgatan in central town due to him using a mobile phone while driving. Fines were issued.
Shortly thereafter, another driver was stopped for inspection, west of town. Fines were issued due to the safety belt not being used during the journey.
